The United States of America is now a superpower in the world having produced great people in every area of life. Whether in politics, science, business, ICT, religion or art, USA is always at the top because they value talent. As at now, there is neither Greek nor Jew in the United States of America. There are no whites or blacks, Asian or Hispanic, as long as you have identified your talent; you can make it, in the United States of America! It is for these reasons that the United States of America has produced the greatest leaders and stars that the world has ever known.
Take for example, Barack Obama the 44th president of the United States of America. A man who has his beginnings in Kenya a third world country, other examples are; Serena Williams, Churchill, Bill gates, and Steve jobs. These are people who made it in life because; talent was identified, at an early age, nurtured, developed and full potential applied.
Even in third world countries, such as Kenya, each one of us can make it. Having lectured in many public and private chartered universities and witnessed the challenges that young people face in choosing their careers and relationships, my vision, mission and passion is to introduce Biblically based temperament assessment and gifts & talents testing in early childhood institutions, primary schools, high schools, colleges, universities, churches, private and public organizations so that each and every one of us and our children understands self, identifies his/her gifts & talents, and applies his /her full potential to accomplish his/her purpose-in-life.
