Dr. Alenga Amadi is a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya, Career Development consultant, personal development coach, certified human- behavior consultant and a human resource expert since 1991
In academics, he holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Master of Philosophy (Mphil) degree in entrepreneurship and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Entrepreneurship. Dr. Alenga has worked and lectured at various public and private chartered universities including Maseno University, University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, Daystar University and The Kenya Institute of Management (Now, Management University of Africa).
Dr. Alenga is a seasoned human resources expert having worked as a Human Resource Manager at The Aga Khan Hospital (Kisumu) and Daystar University. He has also worked with various national and international organizations including the Aga Khan Education Service (Kenya), the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK), and World Vision International (Kenya) in Senior Level Management Positions.
His vast experience in consultancy makes him an authority having worked with various consultancy firms including Kenya Institute of Management, Manpower Services (Kenya), Private Public Development consultants and Njuguna Wahome Consulting Ltd.
Over the years Dr. Alenga started, owned and managed his own businesses and consultancy firms including:
Amadi & Associates (management, human capital and business development consultants) and Countrywide Registrars, (Consulting company secretaries).
CPS (K), BBA , MBA, Master of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship (Mphil) Moi University, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Kenyatta University.
